Why choose me?

I began my fitness journey back in January 2024, I was self conscious of my under-weight body and the lack of muscle. I had also been suffering greatly with my mental health for as long as I could remember and I knew something had to change. I booked myself in with a personal trainer to show me the basics and reduce my fear of the gym and from there my world grew.

I will admit, I have not been 100% consistent throughout these years, life has got in the way and circumstances have changed. However, this first-hand experience has taught me what it means to be a gym-goer. I have been through the initial intimidation of the gym, finding a routine that works, burn-out and plateaus.

I began making noticeable progress and I started to receive a lot of requests from friends and family to be their personal trainer. I realised how much I can help people who share a similar experience to when I first started and now as someone who is nearing the top, it’s my job to bring you up with me. I want to see you win too.

My sessions are easy going and fully flexible. Along side a workout plan that has been curated to fit your needs, I am happy to train you in silence or have a full on yap, tell me about your day and i’ll tell you about my latest crazy dream. I will coach you out of your comfort zone and encourage you to push yourself.

I have worked with very timid people to the most out-going, all my workouts are adaptable to meet you where you are at.
